1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you to feel confident in your purchase from My Store. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item is in the same condition that you received it: unused and unwashed.
- Item includes all original packaging, tags, accessories, and inserts.
- Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. If you are unsure whether a product is returnable, please contact us before placing your order or before opening the packaging.
4. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at djm8416@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
Depending on the reason for the return:
- Our error or defective items: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label where available.
- Change of mind: If you are returning an item for reasons other than defect or error, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow approximately 10 business days for us to process the refund after receiving the return. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order for the replacement item.
8. Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at djm8416@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or shipped.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within 15 business days after we confirm approval, please first check with your bank or credit card provider.
