1. Shipping Areas
My Store currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
2. Free Standard Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated on the website.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is generally between 7 and 14 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Please note that this is an estimate only. Factors such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (such as holidays or major promotions) may extend delivery times.
5. Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that may include tracking information when available.
You can use the tracking details (if provided) to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to modify the shipping address. If you realize there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible at djm8416@gmail.com.
7. Delivery Issues and Undeliverable Packages
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery after multiple attempts, or if a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you using the email address you provided.
In such cases, we may offer to reship your order (where possible) or issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any costs incurred due to the failed delivery if applicable.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the packaging and products to help us investigate the issue and work with the carrier.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
9. Delays Outside Our Control
My Store is not responsible for shipping delays caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving issues with the carrier.
